    We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

    1. All orders will be shipped via 3rd party courier within 3 to 5 working days upon received payment and artwork confirmation and subject to order quantity.
    2. The courier will take 1 to 5 working days (for Peninsular Malaysia) and 7 to 14 working days (for East Malaysia) to reach your doorstep.
    3. During busy periods, please allow additional working days to fulfill your orders.
    4. We are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame as we are using third party courier service which we have no control over the companies.
    5. The shipping charge is calculated based on the total weight and delivery location, you will see the delivery charge in the our invoice.
    6. Orders are shipped on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays).
